Roger has worked in branded consumer goods for the majority of his career, having been CEO of drinks business AG Barr Plc for over 20 years until his retiral in May 2024. He has now been appointed as CEO of C&C Group Plc, the UK and Ireland brewer and drinks wholesaler which owns brands such as Tennents, Magners and Bulmers.
Roger has served on multiple boards in a non-executive capacity across a variety of listed and private businesses. He is currently a Non-Executive Director of Warburtons Ltd the UK largest bakery business.
Roger has worked and lived throughout the UK but was born, raised and educated in Scotland. He Lives in Edinburgh with his wife Carol and has two almost grown-up children.
