Ashleigh works within the Specialist Health and Work Service (SHAWS) providing tailored 1:1 support helping people make informed decisions about their employment while navigating their own health or that of a family member, partner, or friend. The variety of support offered by SHAWS—from one-on-one conversations to working with groups or entire organisations—keeps her motivated and inspired. Outside of work Ashleigh is learning BSL, and trying to cram one more book on the bookshelf.
