Marta is a Counselling Psychologist and over the past six years has been fortunate to have had clinical placements with organisations supporting the wellbeing of cancer patients and their families, including Cancer Support Scotland and Maggie's. Marta joined Beatson Cancer Charity in 2021 and works alongside our Specialist Health and Work team, as well as leading the delivery of our Fear of Cancer Recurrence group programme. Marta is passionate about psycho-oncology and feels privileged to work in a field that strives to make a positive difference in the lives of those affected by cancer.
When not at work, you can find Marta out on campervan adventures with her wife and golden retriever pup, Dexter
