Nikki has worked in the third sector for 9 years. Much of that time was supporting people living with physical disabilities where her role involved working to improve wellbeing through 1:1 support and building peer connections. She joined the Specialist Health and Work team in 2023 and enjoys being able to support others through her own personal and professional experience within the sector. Nikki feels privileged that people share their challenges, fears and aspirations with her. Within the role, she values the relationships that are created while helping people navigate their challenges around health and work.
Outside of work, Nikki can be found pretending she knows how to golf or travelling the world when the opportunity arises.
