What Does a Massage Involve?
Massage is a gentle, soft, nurturing touch that can help relieve nausea, pain and discomfort while promoting relaxation of the body and mind. Massage can come in many different forms such as a back, neck and shoulders, hand and arm or a foot and leg treatment.
Your massage session will be tailored to suit your individual needs. One of our therapists will help you decide which type of massage is best suited for you.

“The foot massages really make the treatment more bearable and it’s wonderful to have a therapist to talk to. It really takes your mind off your treatment. I don’t have the ache in my joint that I had before and a cloud disappears.”
