My Light

Hello, This information is for you if you are going through cancer treatment

My Light

-

Going through cancer treatment can seem daunting and may induce anxious feelings. There will be terminology that you will have to come to grips with and you may feel slightly lost when navigating through your various appointments. You can find information and resources within this section that will help with understanding your treatment, how it will affect your body and how we can help ease that worry during your journey.

Ways We Can Help

In this section of My Light there is information on managing side effects, coping strategies and services we provide to help relax you during your treatment. The next section on My Light is for when you complete treatment. Once this applies to you just update the link on your sign-in page to “I am finished treatment”. You will find information there on the next steps and how to manage your wellbeing going forward.
