Living with cancer can feel like a very lonely and daunting place. However, you may find that this is not the case as treatments are continuing to advance. You can find information and resources within this section that we have gathered for you. To help you focus on your wellbeing as well as easing yourself back into work if applicable.

In this section of My Light there is information on managing stress and anxiety, focusing on your wellbeing and help with any problems you face at work.
