My Light

Hello, This information is for you if you have recently been diagnosed with cancer

My Light

-

Being diagnosed with cancer is one of the most challenging things that can happen to you. Many people feel fearful and anxious about what the future holds and what will happen next. At the same time there is lots of information being given to you and decisions to be made. It is easy to start feeling overwhelmed. In order to help you find your way through this often confusing time we have gathered together information and resources that can help in these first days and weeks of a cancer diagnosis

Ways we can help

In this section of My Light there is information on common cancer treatments, the practical arrangements for coming to hospital and what support services are available. We also have a link to our Wellbeing Resources section where you will find useful videos, podcasts and leaflets to help support you with your health and Wellbeing during this time.
