"The testing 5k track took in rivers, fields, forestry and lots of thick, sticky Ayrshire mud"
A team of Beatson fundraisers made a splash recently as they got rather dirty to raise money for Beatson Cancer Charity. The testing 5k track took in rivers, fields, forestry and lots of thick, sticky Ayrshire mud around the Craufurdland Castle estate.
The team, made up of Julie Anne-Barnes, Laura O'Malley, Nikki Snodgrass, Julia Sutherland and Ross McKay have raised more than £600 (and still counting!) for the Beatson by taking on the challenge at Craufurdland Castle, near Kilmarnock. They hope to do it all again at the next Muddy Trials race on Sunday 22nd March 2015 and would love you to join them!
If you think this is something you'd be up for, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
