Rathbone Investment Management, a leading provider of discretionary investment management services, is celebrating the one year anniversary of its Glasgow office.
Opened in May 2015, the Glasgow office has experienced strong growth in the 12 months that it has been based in the city. The personal and bespoke services, in combination with a small and friendly office has seen the team, led by Angus Kerr, support a number of clients with their wealth and investment decisions and total funds under management now totals nearly £250million.
To celebrate its one year anniversary, Rathbones Glasgow hosted an event at the Merchants Hall on the 16th June at which clients, local dignitaries and members of Beatson Cancer Charity raised a glass to the success of the past year. Rathbones is proud to support Beatson Cancer Charity and very kindly donated £5,000 during the evening.
Angus Kerr, Regional Director at Rathbones Glasgow, said: “Since we opened a year ago, Rathbones Glasgow has grown from a standing start to managing just under £250 million of funds. The success of our first year is testament to the hard work and dedication of the entire team here in Glasgow. We have built strong foundations for our continued growth and pride ourselves on the personal and bespoke service we deliver for our clients across the west of Scotland, may that be charities, businesses, professional advisers or individuals.
“As the office continues to thrive we look forward to our next year in Glasgow, but for now we will toast what really has been a fantastic year.”
