For the fourth year running, Beatson Cancer Charity has pulled out all the stops for another fantastic evening and raised a staggering £32,272 to help support thousands of patients and families affected by cancer in Scotland.
The charity welcomed guests to the Hilton Hotel in Glasgow on Friday 2 November for a glamorous evening of food, entertainment and prizes.
The host for the evening was BBC Scotland’s Bryan Burnett, who was back by popular demand for his third Beatson Ball and did not disappoint.
Top Beatles tribute act, Magical Mystery Tour, three-piece band The Lockhearts and The Tenors Unlimited kept the dancefloor full and made sure guests had a memorable evening.
Thanks to generous donors, guests had to opportunity to bid on fantastic prizes in the Beatson auction. They included a luxurious stay at Ardgarten Argyll or Strathyre, a stunning white gold bracelet and tickets to see Take That at the SSE Hydro.
All the funds raised on the night will go towards providing services, as well as funding specialists, research and education to invest in a better future for cancer patients and their families across Scotland.
