These group sessions are open to anyone who has received a cancer diagnosis as well as carers and are free to attend.
The group workshops are a maximum of 2 hours and will be run on Zoom. If you are unsure about being on camera, you can use audio only.
Don’t worry if you are new to Zoom, this will all be explained by a member of the team prior to the workshop.
Communicating with your management team and co-workers can present challenges in a wide variety of circumstances but these challenges may seem all the more daunting when faced with a cancer diagnosis. In this workshop, we will explore effective ways to adapt how you communicate your needs and rights within the workplace.
This session aims to provide you with the information and tools required to help you communicate more assertively in your day-to-day life, both in and out of the workplace.
The aim of this session is to explore how improving your daily routine can support the return to work process. We will provide you with ideas and techniques for building a supportive routine that suits you. You will explore the balance between work and home life while being mindful of your individual health needs.
This content may be of support to you if you are planning a return to the workplace or struggling with a sense of daily routine during lockdown/shielding period.
