We’re delighted to announce a group of Edrington employees have raised over £70,000 for Beatson Cancer Charity.
We were thrilled to be one of the two chosen charities for Edrington’s epic cycle challenge at the beginning of September.
65 employees embarked on the two-day long 155-mile cycle through Denmark to raise funds. Edrington agreed to double match their total and they raised an incredible £142,084 – meaning Beatson Cancer Charity received £71,042.

The cycle finished in Copenhagen, where Edrington employees from 11 worldwide locations, including Glasgow, celebrated their achievement together.
Kasper Andersen, Managing Director for the Nordics & Germany Edrington, led the EPIC cycling committee.
Kasper said: ‘’After a three year break it was wonderful to be able to do this again. The energy you get from sharing such an experience in the name of charity really is a strong testament to the culture and the great people we have in Edrington. To see how the donations really do make a difference to the charities is just fantastic.’’

Charlene Low, regional fundraising manager at Beatson Cancer Charity, said: “We are so grateful to everyone who took part in Edrington’s epic cycle to raise money for both Beatson Cancer Charity and Hellebro.
“It looked like an incredible couple of days and we’re sure Denmark made for a picturesque cycle.
“Thank you also to Edrington for double matching the team’s fundraising efforts – this incredible total will allow us to support so many cancer patients and their families across the west of Scotland.”
Thank you all so much for your incredible efforts!
