1.     Open to All: Our support is available to anyone affected by cancer in the West of Scotland. Whether you’re a patient, a caregiver, or a family member, we’re here for you.

2.     Flexible Appointments: You can choose how you want to connect with us—over the phone, in person, or via video call. We aim to make our services as accessible as possible.

3.     Tailored Communication: The amount of communication is based on your needs. Whether you have a few questions or require longer-term support, we’re here to help.

4.     Support for Caregivers: If you’re looking after someone with cancer, you can also access our service to discuss your employment and any challenges you may be facing.

5.     Employment Status: You can use our service whether you are currently in or out of work. We’re here to support you through every stage.

6.     Confidentiality: We would never speak to your employer about you without your consent. Our service is confidential, providing a safe space for you to talk openly.

7.     Virtual Workshops: We run virtual workshops throughout the year and can offer guidance on how to join online. These workshops cover a range of topics to support you.

8.     Employer Collaboration: We work with employers to better support employees in the workplace who have had a cancer diagnosis. Our goal is to create a supportive work environment.

9.     Holistic Support: We can work alongside you to explore your experience in relation to how cancer has impacted you in the workplace. There doesn’t have to be a specific issue or query regarding your employment.

10. Ongoing Assistance: We can help you from the point of diagnosis onwards, and you are welcome to return if you require support in the future. Our doors are always open.
